Important note on how you are charged
For certain purchases, Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record (MOR) and authorized reseller of the Product for the Supplier. This means that you purchase the Product from Dodo Payments using Dodo's checkout services, but the Product is licensed to you by the Supplier (IE SkinWise, trading as FasadPro). For those purchases, the Dodo Buyer Terms apply to the checkout:

For other purchases, payments may be processed via the Robokassa payment service under the terms described below.
Basic provisions
1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement"/"Offer") is a binding offer by the Supplier (IE SkinWise, trading as FasadPro) to any individual or legal entity (the "User") to access and use the online AI facade design platform located at https://www.fasadpro.com/ (the "Site") under the terms set out herein and in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.2. By paying for the Services (as defined below), the User fully and unconditionally accepts this Offer (the "Acceptance"). The date of payment is the date of contract conclusion for the term of the purchased plan.
Definitions
Offer: This public offer to use the online service.
Acceptance: Unconditional acceptance by the User of the Agreement in full.
Administrator/Supplier: IE SkinWise (Sole Proprietor SkinWise), the service provider and owner/operator of the Site, trading as FasadPro.
User: Any individual or legal entity that accepts the Agreement and uses the Services on the Site.
Services: Access to the FasadPro AI facade design platform and related functionalities, including but not limited to AI-powered facade visualization, image generation, and design tools.
Site: The web resource at https://www.fasadpro.com/ and associated pages, software, and infrastructure.
Product: The Services and/or digital content, software licenses, or subscriptions made available by the Supplier through the Site.
Dodo Payments: DodoPayments.com, the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for certain purchases made via Dodo's checkout.
Robokassa: Payment service provider that processes certain online card payments for purchases not handled by Dodo Payments.
Subject of the Offer
3.1. The Supplier provides the User with access to the AI facade design platform and related Services via the Site, including:
- Upload and processing of house exterior photos
- AI-powered facade style generation and visualization
- Multiple architectural style options (Modern, Traditional, Rustic, Mediterranean, Contemporary, Industrial)
- Before and after image comparison tools
- Design download and storage capabilities
- User account management and project history
3.2. The Supplier provides technical maintenance and support for the Site.
3.3. The current version of this Agreement is publicly available on the Site at: https://www.fasadpro.com/terms
Use of the online service
4.1. To receive Services, the User selects a plan, registers an account by providing personal data, and completes payment via an available payment method. AI facade generation requires an active paid subscription.
4.2. Payment by the User constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
4.3. The Services are provided for the term specified in the purchased plan. Users must have an active paid subscription to access AI facade generation features.
4.4. AI facade generation requires an active paid subscription. Free accounts cannot generate images.
Registration, confidentiality, and personal data
5.1. The Supplier processes personal data provided by the User during registration (e.g., name, email, and where applicable full name) in accordance with the Supplier's privacy policy and applicable laws.
5.2. The User may edit their personal data in their account or by sending a request to contact@fasadpro.com.
5.3. The Supplier will not disclose User information except as required by law in the Republic of Kazakhstan or as otherwise permitted by the privacy policy.
5.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, for all activities performed through their account, and for any consequences of sharing or failing to protect access.
Payment policy and security
6.1. Available payment routes:
- Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record): For certain purchases, payment and invoicing are handled by Dodo Payments as the authorized reseller. You purchase the Product from Dodo Payments using Dodo's checkout services, but the Product is licensed to you by the Supplier. Dodo Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the checkout:

👉 https://dodopayments.com/privacy-policy - Robokassa (Payment Gateway): For other purchases, the Site is connected to the Robokassa internet acquiring service. You may pay by Visa or Mastercard directly on the payment page hosted by Robokassa.
6.2. Robokassa card payments (where applicable):
- After confirming your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page provided by Robokassa, where you enter your card details and email address for the receipt or fiscal check.
- 3D Secure: If your issuing bank supports 3D Secure, you will be redirected to your bank's page for an additional verification step (e.g., via SMS code).
- Required card details on the Robokassa page: card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2). The CVV2/CVC2 code is printed on the back of your card.
- If you do not receive the 3D Secure code, please contact your issuing bank.
6.3. Security and compliance:
- Robokassa protects and processes card data in accordance with PCI DSS and uses SSL encryption to transmit information to the payment gateway. Robokassa does not pass your card data to the Merchant or third parties. For questions about a completed payment, contact Robokassa support: support@robokassa.kz
- Dodo Payments handles checkout and payments for purchases where Dodo is the Merchant of Record, using industry-standard security measures and in accordance with applicable PCI DSS requirements. For those purchases, see the Dodo Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
- The Supplier does not store raw cardholder data on its servers. Any card data you provide is submitted on secure payment pages operated by Robokassa and/or Dodo Payments.
6.4. Cases where a card payment may be declined:
- Incorrect card details (number, expiration date, CVV/CVC).
- Insufficient funds or exceeded spending limits.
- Online payments disabled or restricted by your bank.
- Bank/system limits for online transactions.
- If payment fails, contact your issuing bank. You may also contact our support or the payment service provider's support.
6.5. Prepayment and billing:
- Services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis.
- A 3-day free trial period is provided for new users to evaluate the Services.
- The Supplier monitors the access term associated with each purchased plan.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy of payment details and timely payments.
Consumer Right to Cancel (Refunds)
If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.
Where Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, the above right to cancel is administered in line with the Dodo Buyer Terms:

Where Robokassa processes the payment, you may exercise the same Consumer Right to Cancel by writing to contact@fasadpro.com within the 14-day period, including sufficient information to identify your order.
Refunds are typically made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Outside the Consumer Right to Cancel window, refunds are issued only as required by applicable law or as expressly stated by Dodo Payments (for Dodo-processed transactions) or by the Supplier (for Robokassa-processed transactions).
Rights and obligations of the parties
Supplier obligations:
- Provide technical support within the scope of the purchased plan.
- Provide accurate information about the Services included in each plan.
- Not disclose Users' personal data except as permitted by law or the privacy policy.
- The Supplier may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement and the Services offered by publishing an updated version on the Site.
User obligations:
- Provide accurate information during registration and promptly update such information as needed.
- Maintain security of account credentials and bear responsibility for all activities under the account.
- Use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law and refrain from interfering with the Site's operation.
- Respect intellectual property rights and not use the Services for any unlawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
Blocking or suspension of access
The Supplier may suspend or terminate access to the Services in the following cases:
- Upon receiving orders from competent government authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- In case of copyright or neighboring rights violations.
- Upon a substantiated complaint by a third party regarding rights infringements.
- Upon detecting prohibited content or information posted by the User under applicable law.
- Violation of the terms of this Agreement or misuse of the Services.
- Exceeding the daily usage limits during the free trial period.
Liability and dispute resolution
10.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10.2. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the Supplier's place of registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10.3. For purchases for which Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, certain aspects of the checkout are governed by the Dodo Buyer Terms (including any applicable governing law and forum stipulated therein). This does not affect the governing law and forum for your use of the Services and relationship with the Supplier, which remain as set out in this Agreement.
Term and termination
11.1. This Offer becomes effective upon Acceptance (payment) and remains in force for the duration of the purchased access term.
11.2. The User may cease use of the Services at any time. The Consumer Right to Cancel and related refunds are described in Section 7 above.
11.3. Prepaid amounts are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided for by Dodo Buyer Terms (for Dodo transactions).
Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance during force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, military actions, civil disturbances, acts of authorities preventing performance). Performance is deferred for the duration of such events and their consequences.
Governing law and miscellaneous
13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except that the Dodo Buyer Terms govern the checkout process for purchases made via Dodo Payments.
13.2. The Supplier may unilaterally modify this Agreement in whole or in part by publishing a new version on the Site. The current version supersedes prior versions.
13.3. Matters not covered by this Agreement are governed by applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Payment security details (Robokassa)
Robokassa processes your card data under PCI DSS standards and uses SSL encryption. Data is transmitted over secure banking networks. Robokassa does not transfer your card data to the Supplier or third parties.

Your personal information (email and card number) is confidential and not disclosed by us. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our servers.
Online card payments are secure because:
- Authorization systems prevent card details (number, expiry, CVV2/CVC2) from being intercepted, and such data is not stored on our servers.
- You enter your card details directly on secure authorization pages of Robokassa (and, where applicable, Dodo Payments); the Supplier does not receive or store your full card details.
Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record (summary)
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of the Product for the Supplier. You purchase the Product from Dodo Payments using Dodo's services, but the Product is licensed to you by the Supplier (IE SkinWise, trading as FasadPro).
