2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

FasadPro reserves the right to review, filter, modify, or remove any content for any reason, particularly if the content is deemed to be offensive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI-generated facade designs created through our Service are provided for visualization and inspiration purposes only. FasadPro does not guarantee that the designs can be implemented exactly as shown or that they comply with local building codes or regulations.

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. For AI-generated designs, you receive a license to use the designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

FasadPro may use anonymized versions of generated designs for improving our AI models, marketing, or showcasing our capabilities. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed through such use.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "spam," "junk mail," or similar solicitations.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate FasadPro, a FasadPro employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To upload, transmit, or distribute any content that infringes upon another person's intellectual property rights.
• In any way that could harm minors or exploit them in any way.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or servers connected to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FasadPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
