Site: The AI facade design platform located at https://www.fasadpro.com/. All exclusive rights to the Site (including software and design) belong to the Operator.

User: Any person who uses the Site.

Law: The applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and, where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal Data: User's personal data provided during registration or while using the Site.

Data: Any other information about the User that is not Personal Data.

Services: AI-powered facade design services provided by the Operator.

Product: The Services and/or any digital content, software licenses, or subscriptions made available by the Operator through the Site.

Dodo Payments: Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for certain purchases completed using Dodo's checkout services.

Robokassa: Payment service provider that may process certain payments not handled by Dodo Payments.

2.1. We collect and store only the Personal Data necessary to provide the Services.

2.2. Personal Data may be used for:

• Providing Services to the User;
• Identifying the User;
• Communicating with the User (e.g., account-related notifications);
• Ensuring Site functionality and security;
• Fulfilling accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

2.3. Personal Data we process:

• First name, last name (and patronymic/middle name if provided);
• Email address;
• Password (encrypted and stored securely).

2.4. The User must not provide Personal Data of third parties without their documented consent.

2.5. Additional data we process:

• Account and subscription details;
• Technical and usage data (IP address, browser, device, access times);
• Transaction metadata (order identifiers, amount, currency);
• Support communications;
• Uploaded house photos and generated facade designs;
• Design preferences and project history.

Note: We do not store raw cardholder data. Card information is entered on secure payment pages operated by Dodo Payments and/or Robokassa.

3.1. We process Personal Data in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan and, where applicable, GDPR.

3.2. Data is confidential except where publicly available or disclosure is required by law.

3.3. Data may be stored on servers outside Kazakhstan (e.g., in the EU or United States, depending on service providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Replicate).

3.4. Transfers without User consent may occur if required by law or government request.

3.5. Transfers to third parties may also occur when:

• Required to provide the Services (e.g., hosting, AI processing, payment providers);
• The User has provided consent.

3.6. Automated processing and limited profiling may occur to deliver and improve Services.

4.1. Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record)

When using Dodo Payments, you purchase the Product from Dodo Payments, but the Product is licensed by us. Dodo Payments acts as an independent controller for Buyer data.

4.2. Robokassa

For some Kazakhstan-based transactions, payments are processed by Robokassa on secure PCI DSS–compliant pages. We do not receive full card details.

4.3. Card security

Card data is encrypted and handled only by payment providers. We do not store it.

Tax/accounting data: kept for 5 years (Kazakhstan law).

Uploaded photos & design data: kept during account activity, or up to 2 years of inactivity.

Deletion requests: handled within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.

13.1. This Policy is governed by Kazakhstan law.

13.2. Disputes require pre-trial settlement before court proceedings in Kazakhstan.

13.3. If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect.
